Our pricing applies for 4 days rental period. However we do have longer period options (8 or 12 days) with price adjustment. Feel free to ask us about this! Exclusive for Ethereal by Her collection only, our pricing applies for 7 day rental period.

Our rental price starts from IDR 199.000 and varies until 3.000.000.

Aside from the pretty dress, laundry is already included. However, shipping is excluded.

We currently do not have a studio yet. But we have measured every single dress and put the detailed measurement on our product page to help you find the right size.

Our collection ranges from size XS to XL. Most dresses only have one size and one colour, unless stated otherwise. For the dress length reference, model height is 176cm.

Unfortunately, we do not provide alteration services.

Our range is appropriate for any events from casual party to a formal one. For any engagement, prewedding, maternity or beauty shoot purposes, please check out our Ethereal by Her collection.

Of course! We ship nationwide. For customers that reside in Jakarta, we require shipment via Gojek/Grab Instant/Same Day delivery. For out-of-town customers, we require an express shipping method eg JNE YES.

You will need to pay the rental fee in full, along with a refundable deposit (50% of rental price). The deposit will be refunded after you return the dress safely and without major flaws (damage or discoloration).

Worry you not, all laundry is on us!

Please return the dress along with the original box and packaging that we have provided for you to ensure its safety.

Please return the dresses on time, as there might be another renter after you. Otherwise, you’ll be charged a penalty fee of 150k/day.

In an unfortunate event like this, you will need to pay the original cost of the dress. This also applies if the dress is damaged beyond repair.
